It's been a fun month piecing everything together and working on this episode, Super excited to premiere this micro-doc of Dr. Jon' s Menu

Our goal is to complete a 3 episode documentary series to promote local health & wellness focused restaurants, small businesses and individuals who aim to prove that our hometown of Las Vegas, is more than a city of glutton, gambling and that just because we live in "sin city" eating healthy shouldn't be one ;)

We are shooting our second episode on September 3rd in collaboration withVegas Roots Community Garden and wellness coach Roz Brooks; Vegas Roots holds a monthly cookout at the garden with freshly picked fruits and vegetables.
