We are hiring for a fast-paced, diligent and client-facing Strategist & Media Planner to join our Sales team. The strategist will work closely with the creative director and must be Las Vegas Based.. He/She will collaborate directly with teams across the company including: branded content, editorial, product, marketing and ad operations. He/She should be skilled at crafting insight-driven strategies, comfortable working in Excel, have the ability to manage deadlines and multitask. This person thinks both creatively and analytically while developing packages and proposals in response to client RFPs and proactive opportunities. This is a Part Time turn Full Time (2 months) position based in Las Vegas

You, as the strategist will develop a content calendar that is based on a growth and a larger and long term strategy for continually building relationships with larger brands.


  • Develop sales packages + pricing for digital, influencer and experiential media plans
  • Craft insight-driven strategies and use storytelling to create proposal decks
  • Support the sales team in proactive opportunities and pre-sale material development
  • Present strategy and concepts directly to clients, brands and agencies
  • Work collaboratively with branded content, marketing and editorial teams in development of proposal strategy and concepts


  • 3+ years ad agency, marketing or digital media experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Knowledge of online advertising, social media and online ad platforms (DFP, MediaVisor, comScore, CRM systems, etc.)
  • Familiar with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Drive)
  • Ability to build presentations
  • Creative thinker with the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Passion for the  lifestyle / DIY category
  • Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • BA or BS equivalent degree (Optional, experience prefered)

  • STRONG Entrepreneurial drive
  • Expertise in growth forecasting; building multi-channel & multi-product growth models
  • Experience building a team and/or managing other sales team members
  • Proven track record of digital media sales including video
  • Exceptional command of data; ability to pull from structured and unstructured sources and model out
  • Comfortable within a fluid and dynamic environment - job description captures core responsibilities but the role will be much more diverse
